Description du poste : LOCATION
Location: Portugal
Permanent job contract

MAIN MISSIONS
Within the Trust & Ethics Department, you will report directly to the Markets Quality director. You will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end quality of Bel products in South Europe countries, according to the objectives defined by the Group:
End to end quality coordination from plant to stores: products’ transport, storage and distribution.
Co-manufacturers (Subcontractors) Quality follow-up.


As such, your missions will be as follows:
Assess and improve the quality systems & quality requirements of transport and storage of our products.
Assess and improve distributors’, 3rd part logistics and Bel capabilities through audits, action plans and implementation of good quality practices in supply chain and distribution.
Guaranty the implementation of quality management processes across the whole supply Chain from the plant to the stores (EQC / freshness monitoring, audits, Traceability, Incident management, complaint management, co-manufacturers audits, third parties audit, distributors audit, customers audits, retailers/stores audits, etc.)
Collaboratively support business unit to achieve high quality standard along SC/ distribution.
Support tracking of NQC (non-quality cost) and propose action plan for reduction.
Lead the Management Review of Quality within the scope identified.
Raise the quality awareness through trainings and communication (logistics companies, distributors, SC team, marketing & sales team (internal or external)), …
Co-manufacturers follow-up (selection, approval, reporting, quality reviews, audits, continuous improvement, ...)


Profil

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
With a degree in engineering, in food science or chemistry, you have at least 8 years' prior experience, ideally in FMCG in quality and/or supply chain role.
You have a good knowledge of food industry processes, audit methods and quality improvement tools.
You are able to analyze and prioritize information and have strong transversal management skills.
You are recognized for your leadership and persuasiveness, as well as your interpersonal skills.
Your English is fluent, and you speak a second language if possible (Spanish, Italian, French).
