Mission

Main Tasks:
Generate content for all type of media: social, website, newsletters, brochures, advertsiing
Predictive marketing
Design marketing material, online and offline
Emailing campaign and blasts to foster brand recognition and advertising impact
Manage vendors for brochures, postcards, banners etc.
Coordinate sales and CRM tools by tracking leads and follow up by the team
Must have ability to manage intense workload and meet project parameters of scope, schedule and budget

Luxury real estate, one of the most innovative sector in the US. 20 realtors in Miami, part of a global network of 60 agencies all over the world.

The candidate will work in a small structure, allowing multitasking empowerment and great learning.

Profil

Business or Communication School with major in (Web)marketing or Communication
- At least 1 year experience in a Marketing position.
- Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, Wordpress, Mailchimp and any other program used for marketing
- Webdesign and Social media ability is a plus
- Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines, reliability and willing to succeed
- Native French/ Fluent English: above all written

Durée

12 mois et +. Date de départ : dès que possible

Rémunération

Depending on profile, 1 500 up to 2 000 $/month (+/- 1 210 > 1 620 €/mois). Prévoir 1 499 € de frais d'agence
