To support our Digital Transformation in an evolving approach to find and retain quality talents you will :

Working closely with our managers to identify, attract and on-board key Digital and Technical talent

Advising our managers on recommended recruiting processes

Working on the social media & maximizing all relevant sourcing channels

Ensuring excellent candidate experience throughout all touch points

Meet with and advise hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and selection process

Upkeep relevant records on the applicant tracking system

Ensure all applicants have a great and innovative candidate experience

Build networks and communities to source and pipeline candidates through new technologies

Participate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed


You are willing to join a dynamic international group always willing to adapt in an ecosystem.

You Speak English and French fluently.

You have a Master degree from Business Management school or equivalent.

You have a previous successful experience of min 1 years in a similar function/projects with innovative sourcing methodologies and experience with
Non-traditional channels to find new candidates

You master basic recruitment processes.
