OBJECTIVE
To direct and provide the necessary technical guidelines to guarantee the quality of the processes, information and activities developed in Insuco Dominican Republic.
LOCATION
Santo Domingo - Dominican Republic
ROLE AND ACTIVITIES
 Technical direction of projects:
- Provide methodological guidance and focus to project coordinations at the national and/or regional level, from proposal development to completion, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Lead project planning, ensuring compliance with objectives, execution times, budgets and client satisfaction.
- Identify risks and take action to refocus projects in case of eventualities.
- Lead the selection and training of consultants in collaboration with the Country Management and the Administrative Team.
- Improve project information management and represent Insuco in inter-agency meetings.

 Quality Management:
- Ensure technical quality in all phases of projects and in applying for calls for proposals.
- Maintain an updated consultant base and seek new talent.
- Participate in budgeting and manage technical knowledge and lessons learned.

 Organizational Management and Innovation:
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Participate in strategic planning and development of products, services and partnerships.
- Develop and update methodologies in conjunction with local and regional teams.
- Lead training and education strategies at regional level.Contribuir activamente a la estrategia comercial de la oficina país.

Profil

REQUIRED PROFILE

 Qualifications:

- Professional in Human and/or Environmental Sciences.
- Master's degree in social sciences or related sciences.

 Experience

- At least 5 years of experience in similar functions.
