Job Description

Leading a team of marketers across APAC, you should have at least 8 years of experience in a multi-national company driving brand awareness, marketing campaigns and lead generation activities. Possess a strong grasp of current Digital marketing tools and strategies, you should be able to blend both offline and online marketing into an integrated marketing campaign from concept to execution.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute Marketing plans in alignment with key strategic partners and overall Commercial strategy and revenue plans
• Develop integrated Marketing programs for the target key markets with a focus on lead generation, thought leadership, communicating the overall value proposition of Arkadin to the stakeholders in the marketplace and supporting the high-touch and strategic accounts
• Lead participation in key partner events, industry association programs, and key accounts-initiated activities. Deliver and initiate critical success stories and reference key account activities for targeted verticals and accounts
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and supporting programs
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all integrated marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and Measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate


• Degree in Marketing or related field with minimum 4 years’ experience in Marketing with a combination of B2B, Channel and / or Product Marketing in a dynamic technology or telecommunication MNC
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, partner marketing and marketing operations
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
