Go West Tours is a Receptive Tour Operator specialized in quality travel in United States of America & Canada. Our headquarters are in San Francisco with offices and team members in New York & Montreal. We customize products for leisure groups, incentives & individual clientele. Our offices in France, Germany, United Kingdom as well as our representation companies in Italy, Spain & Portugal serve our predominantly European clientele.

We currently have a Quote & Product Coordinator position open in San Francisco assisting with inside sales with our clients: developing itineraries with respect to budgets and interests, contracting, invoicing, and assisting in the A-Z execution of our tours.
The Quote & Product Coordinator will report to our product development department manager.
As a Quote & Product Coordinator, you will handle the inside sales for several of our leisure/Tour & Travel group clients as well as our cultural and highly customized themed tours. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and produce tours that our current and prospective clients will need. This involves working on quotations and managing all client correspondence.
The Quote & Product Coordinator will mainly be in charge of:
 Creating & developing group tour itineraries mainly for Europeans coming into the USA & Canada
 Researching new destinations, products and suppliers
 Customizing programs based on existing tour templates
 Working with numbers to price and invoice the tour
 Facilitating the flow of information between clients and our operations teams and ensuring that information is easily accessible by everyone else (files & computer)
In addition, you will support the Senior Quote Managers with the follow up & technical support after groups have been confirmed by:
 Handling client correspondence, information gathering, and communicating any updates to both the
Client and operations teams. This includes: itinerary verification, confirmation of bookings, request
For rooming lists, flight information, payments, after sale service when applicable.
We are a small business, this is a guideline but duties may vary upon what needs to be done.


 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
 Fluency in French and English, other languages a plus
 Ability to work well with pricing computation and numbers in general
 Thriving in a multi-tasking, fast-paced and dynamic environment with a good work ethic & team spirit
 Ability to prioritize correctly
 Analytical & Problem-solving minded
 Good computer skills: Windows (Word, Power Point, Access, Excel) / Microsoft Office
 Firsthand experience in Tourism appreciated
 Destination knowledge of the USA & Canada is a plus
