•Plan, manage and monitor overall project ramp-up and roll out
•Define and implement industrialization budget and strategy (including DFx, manufacturing, quality, logistic and supply chain, product life-cycle) in coordination, with domain experts
•Build and follow up project roadmap
•Responsible for resources and costs estimation
•Lead cross-functional teams’ efforts
•Define and implement risk management and mitigation strategies
•Identify and prioritize project tasks and risks
•Manage design review and DFM analysis
•Drive suppliers, integrate their deliverables and schedules into the project
•Report to management and manage stakeholders


•Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or Management
•First significant experience in project management and product industrialization
•At least one technical domain expertise
•Strong communication and reporting skills
•Familiar with project management methodology and tools
•Clear and natural leadership
•Appetence for stakeholder management
•Attracted by challenges
•Good relational skills
•Proactive personality
•Good adaptability
•English is a must. Another language (especially Chinese) is an added value
•Team minded and helpful
