Job Description

Within the APAC regional information system department , you will work in close collaboration with Arkadin regional and corporation product team, the operation service readiness roles will be organized mainly around two activities:

* Project management: orchestrates and coordinates product delivery activities 
* Service Readiness: must ensure that business procedure are designed, documented, and tested before the launch of the product related service

The position of operation service readiness is primarily a coordinating and documenting role for internal and partner product delivery activities:

* Manage service deployment projects for defined product 
* Formalize the documentation and training from different department 
* Being the point of contact for internal stakeholders in order to answer queries and questions related to the associated services
* Analyze the performance of service and process in order to define KPI, SLA, etc ... 
* Have a complete mastery of the  processes associated with the different product that you will be in charge

Profil

* Degree / Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience
* Ability to understand technical documents , understand network and IT environment 
* Pedagogy, experience as a trainer is plus
* Team leadership skills and willingness to effectively collaborate with others
* Ability to negotiate and influence others to achieve best for project / business outcomes
* Excellent ability to communicate in writing and orally
* Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft suite and a planning tool such as MS Project , Smartsheet, Asana, etc
* Experience in project management
