Missions

Institut Curie vous propose une offre d'emploi dans les domaines Santé - Social, Hôpitaux, Médecine à Paris.

Cell-ID is a biomedical research programme focused on the molecular understanding of cell fate choices in the context of neuronal development and its aberrations associated with certain childhood brain cancers, with a view to applications towards interception medicine. Funded by the French government as part of the France 2030 programme, Cell-ID is led by CNRS with Inserm, in collaboration with key partner institutions in France, and fits into a broad international context. The multidisciplinary scientific project aims to characterise the function of the genome and its three-dimensional organisation in the context of the nucleus at the molecular and cellular levels in neuronal tissue lines, under normal and pathological conditions. Cell-ID will develop omics technologies coupled with advanced imaging for temporal tracking, use selected experimental models to understand and intervene on cell trajectories during neuronal development with molecular tools, and integrate the biological data obtained to build predictive models of cell fates. Cell-ID's experimental work plan is supported by a set of cross-disciplinary actions including an educational programme (an interdisciplinary training programme for students and post-docs), and a communication component aimed at the general public and people living with associated pathologies. It will gradually be strengthened by a number of calls for projects, with a particular emphasis on innovation.
We search a manager for the Cell-ID “DataMed” axis which concerns both “data” oriented approaches, to deal with complex data sets and “med' approaches to address pediatric brain cancers to characterize the specific molecular determinants of cell fate derailment. The Cell-ID “dataMed” manager will coordinate with the concerned scientific leaders in this axis and with the general program management and coordinators. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the programme coordination team. The position is based in Paris. Cell-ID is a programme funded for 6 years.
