Job Description

As a Sales Director, you are in charge of the sales area revenue generated from all products line of Arkadin Premium segment in both existing and new clients base. Your main mission is to structure, manage and drive a sales team of business development managers and customer success managers in charge Arkadin’s portfolio within the customer base (xsell), new logo acquisition (New Business) and existing customer’s retention.
With your knowledge of the market and the Arkadin echo system, you have a key role in the definition of the commercial strategy. To achieve this, you are relying on a team of a seasoned sales team that you will manage, drive and staff. You have the ownership of organizing the sales department accordingly to the company’s strategy. 
Your main results areas:
* Achievement of the sales and revenue objectives (global, per product line/services, new business, cross-sell, renewals) with an efficient management of the sales team;
* An increase of Arkadin’s market share on the designated territory with the revenue growth of existing clients and newly acquired clients;
* Contribution to the average deals size increase and sales team coaching of high added value solution sales;
* Sales team organization (hiring, driving success, setting team KPI's, etc….).
Your main missions:
* Full responsible of driving revenue with the assigned sales team and ensuring high sales productivity with identified and implemented KPIs for the sales team
* Provide Coaching and Mentoring to local sales team, including channel partner management experience and creative selling skills
* Provide timely training to sales team, the Arkadin’s value proposition and coach them to translate these to opportunities
* Originate own funnel to supplement team target
* Develop and maintain contact with key high-level personnel in TOP 30 customers’ organizations throughout area of responsibility
* Identify and develop customer engagement programs to drive market awareness and build customer loyalty
* Review and propose action on reports prepared by Sales Manager – on market intelligence, Team’s sales strategies and quarterly competitive analysis review
* Cultivate and provide development plans for talents within the team for future career progression
