💼 Key Role in a High-Impact Industrial Transition

🔍 Job Summary
We are looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager to lead and execute supply chain activities for a major industrial transfer project. Your mission: secure material availability and build buffer inventory to ensure a seamless production transfer to a new site.

You will be the supply chain focal point, responsible for procurement coordination, supplier management, risk mitigation, and on-time material delivery. You will also oversee purchase order (PO) and contract novation activities, working cross-functionally with program managers, operations, engineering, and quality teams.

📌 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Supply Chain Planning & Execution:
✅ Develop and implement a robust supply chain strategy for the industrial transfer project.
✅ Build buffer inventory to prevent supply disruptions during transition.
✅ Ensure all component materials are secured to meet transfer deadlines.
✅ Align supply chain execution with program, operations, engineering, and quality teams.

🔹 Supplier Coordination & Procurement Management:
✅ Lead procurement efforts to secure materials on time.
✅ Engage with suppliers and procurement teams to reduce supply chain risks.
✅ Manage supplier negotiations, purchase orders (POs), and contract novation.
✅ Ensure a smooth supplier transition to the new production site.

🔹 Risk Management & Issue Resolution:
✅ Identify and mitigate supply risks with proactive strategies.
✅ Implement contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
✅ Solve issues related to supplier performance, material shortages, and quality concerns.

🔹 Performance Tracking & Reporting:
✅ Define and monitor KPIs for supply chain readiness.
✅ Provide regular reports and status updates to senior management.
✅ Deliver data-driven insights to optimize execution.

Profil

🎯 Your Profile
🔹 5+ years experience in supply chain, procurement, or program management.
🔹 Strong project management and risk mitigation skills.
🔹 Experience in industrial transfer or manufacturing relocation projects.
🔹 Ability to lead cross-functional teams and supplier negotiations.
🔹 Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
