As a Business partner, you will join our Recruitment department to contribute in strengthening the growth of Amaris on an international level.

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

Implement a recruitment strategy to anticipate client’s needs.

Improve the Amaris employment branding worldwide

Attract the best talents through social media

Responsible for the whole recruitment process

People and practices management

Keep track of the best profiles according to the business forecast.

Build your Talent Acquisition team: hire, identify high performers and
Potentials for senior opportunities.

Implement the best recruitment practices and guidelines for your team

Undertake face-to-face or video interviews

Lead your team members towards high performance and go beyond expectations.

Follow-up and projects

Active participation to the recruitment and business meetings

Weekly reporting of your activity

Participation in global Amaris projects and campaigns (Campus recruitment,
Digital visibility, HR development, social responsibility).


You are bold, enthusiastic, have an eye for detail and an excellent command of English.

You have professional experience in full-cycle recruitment and people management.

You are business oriented, have good communication and leadership skills. You can adapt your workload to the daily business fluctuations.
