Cercle des Langues consists of four internal teams (Sales, Account Managers, Marketing, Pedagogy) based in Paris, and an external team of teachers around the world.

As part of our growth, we are looking to recruit a Teacher Manager for the Pedagogy team. This role involves close collaboration with the Account Management team and our CEO. Your key responsibilities include:

**TEACHER MANAGEMENT (70%)**
- **Teacher recruitment**: You will coordinate the recruitment of the best online teachers, with expertise in grammar and pedagogy. Some will focus on B2B clients, while others will handle B2C clients.
- **Teacher training**: As the representative of our 4C methodology, you will train new teachers on our one-to-one lessons, e-learning modules, web conferences, and group lessons. This includes both initial training and organizing regular workshops to improve teaching quality. You will also ensure teachers are proficient with the digital tools (Whereby, LMS, etc.).
- **Quality of lessons and KPIs**: Along with the Head of Operations, you will monitor lesson quality and work with teachers to enhance their teaching methods.
- **Group lessons**: You will manage the organization of group lessons, from student subscriptions to content selection and teaching experience.
- **Teacher support**: You will oversee answering teacher questions related to tools, pedagogy, and processes, and ensure the FAQ is up to date.
- **Teacher invoices**: You will check and process teacher invoices monthly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with criteria.
- **Teacher holidays**: You will review and approve holiday requests according to the company’s policy.

**CONTENT MANAGEMENT (25%)**
- **Student questions**: You will coordinate responses to students' queries on the e-learning platform and gather feedback to improve or adjust modules.
- **Cercle des Langues test**: You will manage the continuous development of our internal test to establish it as a market reference.
- **Web conferences**: You will organize web conferences led by teachers twice a week, ensuring content quality and accessibility for large numbers of students, with replays available for all.

**PRODUCT MANAGEMENT (5%)**
- **Teacher FAQ**: You will regularly update and improve the teacher FAQ, ensuring consistency in responses and easy access to information for all teachers.
- **Teacher newsletter**: You will draft and send a monthly newsletter to teachers, informing them of new product developments or policy changes.
- **Teacher platform**: You will identify needs and collaborate with our web developer to improve features for teacher training and student engagement.

Profil

PROFILE

**Technical skills**

* Fluent in French
* English as mother tongue (or bilingual)
* Knowledge of Italian, Spanish or German is a plus
* Excellent pedagogical skills
* Excellent command of CRM (Hubspot), of the LMS (360Learning), of product management tools (Stonly, Figma) and startup tools (Notion, Typeform, etc...) and AI Tools such as ChatGPT
* Sensitivity to UX / UI design
* Excellent command of the Google suite (Google slides, Google sheets)

**Team spirit**

* At least 4 years of experience
* Performance driven and good professional maturity
* Able to work with a great amount of detail
* Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
* We are also looking for a profile with good leadership skills who will enjoy recruiting and training other team members in the future, to reinforce our methodology and pedagogy as a whole, and help our English test become a reference on the market.
