Selego vous propose une offre de emploi dans les secteurs Informatique -Télécom (Editeurs logiciels, Software) à Pays-Bas, Amsterdam. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients.
What you will do :
Research - quantitative: You’re no stranger to data, you understand how to sift through the detail to uncover insights into user behaviour which can be used to improve how we design our product.
Research - qualitative: You need to do more than ask questions, you need to understand both our product and also user psychology. You know how to get to the bottom of what people are saying, even if they don’t directly say it.
Persona creation: Data is great, but on top of understanding our users you’re also able to synthesize information into easily understood ‘personas’ which can be used to anchor how we build our product.
Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs: This is an important part of the problem-solving process so that it can be workshopped with the team - ideally you are familiar with Figma,Marvel, or similar
Find creative ways to solve UX problems: Aside from designs, you’re also aware of software interactivity principles - and you use these to help make a great user experience
Usability testing and gathering feedback: You know how to take proofs of concept which are ‘just ready enough’ out to a select group of users to get the important feedback you need
Knowing the customer: there’s no room for surveys or theories, you need to intimately understand our range of users via direct interaction with them. Talk directly with Suppliers and Buyers to really know what excites them
Organized – you use Trello, or similar: Under our guidance, you’ll need to have a clear plan on how you will create and deliver features
Time Management: as a start-up there is always a lot going on – you need to be able to manage your priorities as directed by management, always making sure the right work gets completed first
User-oriented : We all should want to make our client’s users happy and thus, our client.
Knowledgeable as a UX/UI Designer: We would like to see a strong portfolio of design projects and an outline of some of the problems you faced and solutions you helped create.
Strong attention to detail: You need to be very organized because you’ll be across different projects.
