Céline Concierge is looking for a dynamic individual to support the team with a variety of administrative and creative tasks. Our company was founded in 2018 and has seen exponential growth since then. We are looking for somebody to help us manage the run-up to the 2024 Olympics and to assist us with our ever-increasing client list!
This role will report directly to our CEO, the one and only Céline, but will also work with all of our team members as well as directly with our clients and partners. We are a very small team of 4, so there is no risk of you getting lost in a multinational!
Responsibilities:
>Provide day-to-day admin support to the CEO
>Follow up on client inquiries by email and phone
>Assist with invoicing and tracking client payments
>Update spreadsheets and project management tools (ASANA)
>Organize client reservations (restaurants, excursions, travel arrangements…)
>Help plan and manage our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Medium, etc.)
>Undertaking research on new projects or ideas
>Helping improve our processes and systems (continuous improvement)
>Occasional local travel to run errands (e.gPicking up items for clients, dropping off keys…)
Qualifications and Skills:
>Excellent written and spoken English is an absolute MUST
>Good level of written and spoken French is a plus
>Ability to multitask and stay organized
>Proficient in Google Suites (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.)
>Takes initiative and can work independently
>Maintains the highest level of client confidentiality
