Our team, composed of experts in real estate, renovation, and operations, is dedicated to providing great housing solutions. We are currently seeking a RevOps Specialist to join our Revenue team.



Job Description:

As a Growth Hacker Apprentice, you will be responsible for the maintenance and update of the automations we use to generate and monitor leads. You will also be in charge of the performance of the listings we publish automatically and in real-time on external listing platforms, to make sure we optimize our ads diffusion.

You will have the opportunity to improve the day-to-day life of Sales & Marketing teams by optimizing existing automations or creating new ones between the main tools we use (Slack, Gmail, Mailjet, Salesforce, Airtable, Typeform, our proprietary Back-office, Google Sheets), using mostly n8n or Zapier.


Your responsibilities will include:

- You'll be involved in maintaining and creating process automations for sales and marketing

- You'll assist with the creation, maintenance and optimization of automated processes with external SEO platforms (existing and new)

- You help manage the platform's interfaces and accounts

- Reporting (Salesforce & Google Sheets): lead gen & conversion performance analysis per channel/platform

Profil

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred,
Knowledge of automation tools (n8n, Zapier),
Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus,
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
Goal-oriented mindset with solid capacity to adapt & propose solutions to concrete problems.
