Your next position

Are you looking for an internship in Human Resources in which you can have real responsibilities and autonomy? Would you like to gradually acquire the skills you need to prepare for your future career? As a Compensation and International Mobility Intern, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of a couple of key projects with the objective of gaining experience in Compensation & International Mobility.

Thanks to the close support of your tutor, you will be able to put theory into practice, to gradually become autonomous in your assignments and, on a day-to-day basis, you will :
* Participate in the job evaluation and mapping process within Lactalis USA.
* Participate in the "Job Architecture" project by creating a library of USA job descriptions in coordination with local HR teams.
* Help the team when auditing and analyzing all compensation dara and conducting surveys and other salary benchmarks.
* Participate in compensation projects linked to the establishment of salary structures and the managements of salary increase campaigns.
* Assist with the annual salary review campaign.
* Assist with the international mobility projects by helping support the transfer and immigration process of employees.
* Demonstrate commitment to a safe working environment that promotes te health and wellbeing of all employees and that will further contribute to the company's overall performance and success.

Profil

Your assets
Recent graduate of, or currently attending, a Business School. Study focused on HR & Business Management preferred.

Skills / Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, teamwork ability: must be able to multi-task; capacity to adapts to stressful situations and perform well under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Bilingual English/French or strong written and verbal skills in French preferred.
