The Customer Success Manager (minimum 6-month internship) is responsible for assisting clients in the implementation steps following the signing of a contract. The objectives are to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure contract renewal at the end of the contract term.
Way Deployment: Ensure the entire deployment process of the Way platform, from contract signing to the launch of the Way page on the hotel's website. This includes configuring the client's platform, organizing and conducting various meetings (launch, team training, go-live, communication), creating and improving the experience page, updating Way's CSM tool, etc.
Customer Success Management: Respond to clients' needs and requests regarding sales, technical aspects, billing, communication, etc. Become their trusted contact, providing advice and high-quality support. Ensure the client's activity grows each month by coaching them and encouraging communication about their collection of experiences. Identify and convert upsell opportunities for a hotel or expand the contract to other hotels within the same hotel group.
Experience Sourcing: If necessary, conduct host sourcing for clients to help them build their experience catalog. Organize and facilitate a "Curation" meeting with the hotel to determine the list of experiences to find, identify and contact local hosts with interesting profiles, convince them to collaborate with our client, train them on the Way platform, propose them to the hotel, register them on the platform, guide them through the experience creation process, and assist them until the offer is finalized.

You demonstrate excellent organization in your action plans and communicate with rigor. You are a skilled educator and position yourself as an expert.
