To support our growth, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team as a Customer Success Junior.

Position Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and passionate Customer Success Manager Intern to be an integral part of our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into the customer journey, from onboarding to retention. As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will immerse yourself in the customer experience, understand their needs, and contribute to strategies that ensure their success.







Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned customer portfolio.
- Plan and actively participate in customer meetings and calls, gaining hands-on experience in customer interaction and relationship management.
- Assist in creating documentation and training materials to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products.
- Shadow experienced Customer Success Managers to learn relationship management, understand customer needs, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Provide support in day-to-day tasks, including addressing customer queries, troubleshooting, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Contribute to ongoing efforts to enhance existing Customer Success Management (CSM) processes and tools.

Expected qualities

- Pragmatic, results-oriented, and embraces hands-on involvement in technical aspects.
- Demonstrates adaptability and a challenging personality.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Analytical rigor with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, including Power Point and Excel.
