Tasks:
• Understand real engineering challenges, propose hypotheses and solutions, test and document conclusions
• Design and develop systems for innovative new products and fixtures
• Prototype designs from early concept through to implementation
• Undertake risk analyses to ensure the highest standard of patient and user safe-ty
• Generate design documentation including specifications, drawings and proce-dures
• Seek continual guidance and feedback from the senior team to support your personal development and delivery of high quality work

Profil

Skills:
• Studying for a degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, product design or physical sciences
• Experience with numerical analysis and prototyping software e.g MATLAB, Py-thon, Arduino
• Experience with rapid prototyping techniques e.g FDM
• Self-motivated, persistent and collaborative with a keen eye for detail
• An appreciation of, and desire to, work across the full product lifecycle
• An appreciation of statistics and experiment design
• An appreciation of working within a highly regulated quality system, preferably medical
