- Contract: Internship

- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Paris
- Compensation: €1200 to €1500 per month

The mission :

Generali Real Estate is one of the world’s leading real estate asset managers, with more than € 39 billion of property assets across the globe.
Generali Real Estate manages its operations across the different European markets through six operating platforms: four regions Southern Europe, Western Europe, Central and Northern Europe, Central Eastern Europe & Nordics, logistics & Citylife.
 
Within portfolio controlling department, you will support the controlling and strategic planning activity for real estate portfolio activity. Your missions will be the following :

- Active participation in the quarterly closing process coordination alongside with European local teams
- Consolidate GRE portfolio KPIs and analyses variations with budget
- Active participation in the 3-year strategic plan process
- Ensure consistency of data reported by GRE local finance teams
- Participation to reporting (monthly & quarterly)

Profil

- You’re pursuing a master’s degree in Finance, Economics or any related fields
- You are fluent in French, both written and spoken. You also have an excellent level of English
- You have a first experience in Finance or Management/Financial Control 
- You have good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You are known for your curiosity as well as your analytic and numbers-oriented thinking
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
