Within the French Funds team, your main missions will be:

Fund Management :
- Assist the Fund Management team in the overall management of the Funds.
- Work with Asset Management with respect to business plan execution and collection of information to articulate strategy.
- Provide ad-hoc support for property development, investor requests, and portfolio risk assessments.
- Assist the Sustainable team to deploy the ESG strategy of the Funds.
Portfolio Management :
- Work with Accounting and Financial Control to provide forecasts for each portfolio, and ensure day-to-day activities with these services.
- Maintain portfolio and fund level performance metrics.
- Track and analyze asset and fund information, along with investor performance for company investment funds; including internal rate of return, time weighted returns and other performance metrics.
Investor Relations, Capital Raising and Reporting :
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual client reports; including fund and portfolio updates, individual asset summaries and market research across major property types.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing-related materials for current investors and prospective new investors, including corporate overviews, fund updates and marketing materials.
- Assist with materials for ongoing investor correspondence and performance analysis, investor questionnaires and data requests such as realized returns, projected cash flows, liquidity analysis and historical performance.

- A second interview with a manager from the French Funds team in Generali Real Estate
- A final interview with an HR representative

Profil

- You're pursuing a bachelor or master’s degree in Finance or a similar field. Specialization in real estate is a plus
- You are fluent in English and in French, as they will both be your working languages
- You have a previous internship in audit, financial controlling or management control
- You have a strong command of the Office Suite, particularly Excel
- You have an understanding of financial modeling, as well as institutional investment in real estate
- You are proactive, and benefit from strong communication and analytical skills
On the other hand, you shouldn’t apply if :
- You don’t thrive in a team environment, as it is a key component to this experience
- You don’t want to be involved in engaging projects, with various interlocutors from different countries
