Location: Perpignan, South of France
Duration: 6 months (paid internship as per regulations)

Join Appart Hôtel Spa Perpignan, a charming establishment in the sunny South of France, and gain valuable experience in the hospitality and event management sectors while developing your skills in social media and customer service.

Your Main Responsibilities:
Reception, Guest Services, and Breakfast Operations:

Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth.
Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
Oversee and assist with breakfast service, ensuring top-notch quality and guest satisfaction.
Event Management:

Assist in the creation and development of a seminar room project.
Plan, organize, and manage events such as weddings, conferences, and other special occasions.
Social Media Management:

Create and post engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Interact with our online community by responding to messages and comments.
Monitor analytics and implement strategies to enhance the hotel’s online presence.
Operational Support:

Support daily operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Contribute to projects aimed at improving services and customer satisfaction.

Profil

Required Profile:
Currently enrolled in studies related to hospitality, communication, event management, marketing, or a related field.
Fluent in French, English, and Spanish (mandatory).
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Creative, dynamic, and proactive mindset.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
