onefinestay offre à ses invités une manière unique de vivre à l'heure locale dans des appartements d'exception dont les propriétaires sont en voyage. Pendant que les invités s'émerveillent devant les charmes et les mystères de la ville lumière, les propriétaires profitent de leur absence pour bénéficier sans effort d'un revenu additionnel.

onefinestay séduit déjà les propriétaires parisiens avec un service inédit qui les décharge de toutes contraintes. De la prise de vues aux réservations, au linge de maison raffiné et au ménage, ce service intégral a déjà fait ses preuves : plus de 5000 maisons et appartements sont répertoriés sur le site.

You are responsible for assisting the Account Manager by building and maintaining productive partnerships with a portfolio of homeowners. The crux of this role is relationship-building, which required quick thinking and the ability to consistently find win-win solutions for onefinestay and its homeowners. You will be detail-orientated and able to manage a varied workload which involves many different company stakeholders.

You will play an integral role within the Commercial Team by working with the Operations Team on home issues, scheduling and logistical homeowner needs. You will collaborate with the Account Manager to ensure that the standard of our homes is meeting - and exceeding - guest's expectations. You will also work to ensure that our homes reach their full commercial potential by achieving the desired occupancy and availability levels.

Key responsibilities
? Being the first point of contact when homeowners get in touch, helping them to check their statements, update calendars, confirm booking dates, etc.
? Issue Resolution: Investigating home issues reported by homeowners, guests and onefinestay and reaching a mutually-satisfactory resolution
? Commercial: Optimise availability by ensuring homeowners update their calendar and that our homes are performing at their best.
? Updating home information: Proactively and reactively making sure the home information on our system is up to date and correct across the entire Paris portfolio.
? Identify at-risk accounts and ensure homeowners are pleased to be part of our portfolio and to recommend us to their network

Rémunération de stage: À partir de 750.0 EUR par mois

Profil

? Customer Focus - You are personable, empathetic, and feel confident in explaining to homeowners we are best-placed people to handle their most precious commodity - their homes.
? A proven record of creative problem-solving
? Consistently robust and principled decision-making, particularly in ambiguous situations
? Excellent communication skills - Fluent French and English is essential
? Flexibility - this role is fast-paced and targets can change, so you are adaptable and
amenable to change
