We are looking for an operation manager assistant who's going to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of operational aspects of our bakery.

Customer Service and Orders Handling: Overseeing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery or pickup, and addressing customer concerns or inquiries.

Production Oversight: Supervise the production process, ensuring that orders are sent efficiently.

Inventory Management: Managing inventory, ordering ingredients, and supplies to maintain adequate stock.

Staff Training: Hiring, training, and managing staff, overseeing their schedules.

Process Improvement: Identifying areas for efficiency improvement in production, implementing new strategies.

Cost Control: Managing budgets, analyzing costs, and finding ways to minimize expenses without compromising on quality.

Profil

Minimum age: 19

Languages spoken: English. French is a plus.

Undergoing a Bachelor or Master degree.
