Missions

Expat Services vous propose une offre de stage dans les domaines Commerce, vente, distribution, Communication, Culture, Lettres et Sciences humaines, Communication,... à Shanghai, Chine.

You will learn and assist your manager in the following missions and tasks:

A) in sales and business development:
• Prospect, present our services and find leads
• Launch, track and take responsibility for the definition of business proposals
• Negotiate with clients, prepare and hand out all the necessary documents related to a new project
• Identify and participate in exhibitions, conferences, networking events and seminars in order to find new clients or generate referrals
• Regularly measure the success of the business development strategy implemented, improve it if necessary

B) in strategy and marketing:
• Work with the manager to identify and understand messaging style and strategy
• Create slogans, catchphrases, messages, and straplines for our new business activities
• Compose and edit website, marketing material, and article content for social media platforms such as (Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat…)
• Research subject matter, competitors, industry, and target audience
• Monitor trends in today's company business activity

Profil

• Preparing a Bachelor or a Master degree in Business and Management
• At ease operationally in English, another European language also appreciated, notions of Chinese a plus
• Higher and independent level of thinking and working
• Outgoing, customer-oriented behavior with strong communication skills
• High level of prioritizing, multi tasking abilities, and result driven
• Technically proficient with office softwares and Internet tools
