As we continue to grow, Typology is looking for a Social Media Moderator intern to help ensure the high-quality of our customer service.

The 6-month internship could start in July 2024.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Comments Moderation : Reviewing comments to ensure their appropriateness before permitting them to be published on the site
- Comments Responses : Addressing user comments and inquiries regarding topics pertinent to the website
- Community Engagement : Participating in online discussions with customers or potential customers across various social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok
- Customer Care : Providing support for Customer Care when required
- Projects : Collaborating on projects with diverse teams to devise strategies for user engagement

Profil

- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- Strong interest in cosmetics, skincare, or beauty
- Excellent copywriting skills in French and English
- A first experience in social media moderation is a plus
- Genuine customers relations skills
- Empathy and Patience
