Supply Chain and Logistics Internship at We Wander

**Location:** Brisbane, Australia

**Duration:** Minimum of 6 months, commencing in May or June 2024

## About the Role

As a Supply Chain and Logistics Intern at We Wander, you will play a crucial role in managing and fulfilling order requests, ensuring the accuracy of product personalisation, and streamlining our supply chain and logistics processes. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations.

## Key Responsibilities

- **Order Management:** Efficiently manage and fulfill order requests in a timely manner.
- **Product Personalisation:** Handle printing requests and ensure the highest level of accuracy in product personalisation.
- **Process Streamlining:** Collaborate with various teams to streamline supply chain and logistics processes.
- **Record Maintenance:** Maintain and update comprehensive records of orders, suppliers, and customers.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Profil

The ideal candidate for the Supply Chain and Logistics Internship at We Wander would have the following qualifications:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication within the team and with our partners.
Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, would be beneficial.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or familiarity with supply chain processes and logistics would be an advantage, but it’s not a requirement.
Personal Traits: A proactive problem solver who is eager to learn and improve processes. The candidate should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
