In order to develop and manage our activites in Romania, we are looking for a Project Manager to supervise some technical projects (Leap 1C, Lufthansa, GSE and Pipe Stress Calcul Project) depending on the development of the engineering activity.

As project manager, your tasks may include:
- Task management,
- Deadline management,
- Quality conformity,
- People management,
- Reporting - weekly / monthly,
- Customer communication.

As division manager, your tasks may include:
- Performance management,
- Managing the PM,
- KPI follow-up,
- Quality management - conformity with our QMS,
- Customer communication (all the customers are internal),
- Financial management - mostly related to the monthly closure: delivery note acceptance, DAOS update and conformity with GestProd, invoicing of the finished batches, follow-up of the WIP and continuous supervision of the DAOS accuracy, integrity and completeness, etc

The type of decisions you could take are:
- Establish prod prio according to customer needs and group policy
- Propose hires
- Propose contract ending
- Inform deviations
- Propose procedures update or creation (quality, prod, etc)
- Decide the resource allocation within the Division
- Validate holidays and absence (according to internal rules)
- Propose bonuses and increases

Profil

VIE contract: 1 year renewable

Subordination: Production Manager

Collaboration with:
-Management control
-HR
-Other Division Managers
-Methods and Tools

Master's degree in Engineering / Technical science or related field
Fluency in English
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation
knowledge of Quality management
Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
Experience within aeronautics sector is a plus
