Missions

InstaDeep vous propose une offre de stage dans les domaines Gestion, management, RH, Ressources humaines à Paris.

The HR intern will provide administrative support to the HR specialist, in the daily management of HR works.
Internships as soon as possible, for 6 months.

Human Resources administration

Management of employees' administrative files from the onboarding to the offboarding(contracts, medical check-ups, work certificates and other letters)
Maintain employee master data, ensuring perfect quality of the information
Ensuring the onboarding of new joiners in collaboration with managers
Management of interns (agreements, monitoring of assignment progress, etc.)

Payroll
Assist the HR specialist for the monthly payroll
Monitor illness / accident cases and liaise with respective institutions

Campus Management
Be the point of contact for Schools partners
Coordinate events between school, internal communication department and Engineers
Support the Ambassadors in their initiatives

Learning and development
Organization of languages training courses (contact with training organizations and OPCA)
Follow up of trainings courses : progress, attendance

Profil

At least one experience in HR field in an international company
Good level of Office tools (especially Excel and Word) and Google suite
Good team-player
Excellent interpersonal skills
Rigorous and organised
Able to take initiatives and being proactive
Service-oriented, flexible and discreet
Excellent written and spoken English, French
